Now that's a blast from the past!
The Creighton was a neoclassic kit that resembles a 1932 Ford Phaeton, that should be running Ford Pinto/Mustang II drivetrain parts.
The car was made by Bremen (the same company that made the Sebring - the offspring and virtual twin (externally) of the Sterling kit car.
Not a whole lof of information is available on the Creighton, and they are really hard to find.
If you're looking at the car I'm describing, it should look something like this:

Renaissance Motors did sell turn-keys of these cars back in the early 80s.
Do a search using "creighton bremen" and you should find some info. Not alot, but some.
