Does anybody know where to find Porsche 911 or Porsche Boxter replica's or kitcars. Both turnkey's or Body kit are welcome.

Thanks in advance...

Yes, there use to be a manufacturer in Jalisco, Mexico that converted VW bugs into 911 hardtops and convertibles. I don't remember their name, but they made turnkeys and sold kits.

I saw some of those 911 kits designed for a bug. They were crappy fiberglass and didn't look properly proportioned. Have you just considered buying an older Porsche 911 and doing a v-8 engine swap? It would be a lot cheaper in the long run. Check out www.renegadehybrids.com I've done the math and you can end up with a real durable, serviceable screamer of a car for $15,000 to $25,000 depending on how mild or wild you want to build it out.
