The Mustang is a unibody, and doesn't really have a frame. It's pretty much always been this way. There isn't really a Cobra rebody for the Mustang.
However, Factory Five Racing does make a Cobra - chassis & body - that utilizes the 1987-1993 Mustang as a donor vehicle.
Or, the alternative is to pick up a Mazda Miata. There's a rebody for the Miata that makes it look Cobraesque.
