I've seen the hummer replicas but a jeep made into a 4dr that has been widened would be easy to splash and, in my opinion, look better. What do you guys think?

I saw something similar a couple months ago.
It was a limo Jeep Wrangler.
I had to do a double take.
It was white and in town for a celebrity hunt.

The one I saw was a four door.

This isn't what your are talking about,
but since we are talking about Jeeps.
I saw this one at the Daytona car show:

I would like to see something done like the one below.

I've always liked the Jeep Wrangler Dakar show car they had a while back:

www.bigmerchant.com/gp4wd/JeepStories/Dakar/zdakar.jpg" border=0>

That was pretty cool. I've seen the company that makes the conversion, and I've seen the conversion itself, but - in my opinion - it's a bit long an narrow. And for $38K I can buy a Nice used Hummer and have $8K left over!

I would like to see a 4-door kit. If it were me, I'd use the Scrambler chassis (still available) and make a custom body tub from the windscreen back. Don't just cut the body and insert an extra set of doors, it makes the vehicle look too long.

If you look at the Dakar, they've added doors (smaller doors), but kept the length short in the rear window area, sort of like the Liberty.

In my opinion, I think that the Dakar is the look you want to go for, rather than the BackCountry.

Your pal,
Meat.

This is a photoshop job.
I have a Wrangler and I've been wanting to do something similar.
If I ever get the time I'll build one up.
