My friend just bought an 88 Fiero formula and the body is in OK condition, the interior needs some work, the engine is almost dead...but hey, for 100 bucks i'd say its not too bad :-D
Anyway, his ISP is being tough right now so i am posting for him.
He wants to build a kit car with that fiero in the near future as soon as he gets a bit more money. He is looking to spend about 7k for everything. I have most of the tools and i've got some decent experience working with cars and doing bodywork, and can paint it in the half of my 2 car garage that i have set up as a spray booth. I have an idea about the engine (replacing it with the V6 from my neighbors 94 Camaro which he is swapping engines with), got an idea about the interior and stuff, but we just need some ideas about the body. He really loves the 355 and the Testarossa, but would love a Lamborghini style body better. He basicly wants a headturner that isnt too crazy, but is impressive as far as looks go. Are there any kit car stores that sell the kits and have more than just like 2 or 3 styles and include prices? The easier the better for us.
Thanks,
-Chris, for Chris (the other one)
