1937 Jaguar Replica
Selling my 1937 Jaguar SS100 Replica. I am the third owner of this amazing car. I would love to keep it, but moving it across the country is way too expensive!
This was built on a 1970 VW Beetle Frame and runs on the 1600cc engine standard to the Beetle at the time. It has a four speed manual transmission. Body is fiberglass and is in pretty decent shape, with very few cracks from normal wear and tear. I have kept it stored in a garage its entire life, under a cover. Also, the previous owner and I only used it around town, so it has very little mileage since the rebuild (Under 1000 miles).
There is a steady oil leak that occurs when the car is warmed up. Unfortunately, to find the leak you'll have to remove the fiberglass outer shell near around the engine. I just don't have the time to tinker with it, which is why I'm asking so little for it. Also, some of the gauges will need to be adjusted/reconnected, but that shouldn't be too much work for someone who is savvy with cars.
It comes with a clean Texas Title, titled as a 1987 ASVE (Assembled Vehicle). The Jaguar used to live in Kansas, so getting the new title shouldn't be difficult.
I will take all reasonable offers. But, please no low-ballers/trades/offers for services/joyriders. I also don't need help selling the car from a third-party.
