Camaro Evoluzione GTS II Kit, just needs paint!
I bought this car in November with plans to finish it and make it my daily driver. Well, I completely attached the body and got the car running well, only to find that I can't get kit car insurance because I'm not 26 yet.
Many thousands are invested in this car, not to mention the hundreds of hours that were put in to completing the car.
*The car still needs paint. I didn't want to drop another 3 grand on a car that will only sit in my garage or be driven twice a month.
I converted the butterfly doors to standard doors, since I planned on driving this, and buttefly doors are impossible to use in a public parking lot.
Also, I recently had the car tuned at No Limit Performance in Morganville, NJ. They build race cars, so you can be confident that this 350 is putting out its full potential!
Here is a breakdown of what is invested:
1988 Camaro w/ 5.7L V8 - $3000
Evoluzione Evo II Kit - $8000 (shipping included)
Matching Kit wheels with tires - $2000
Miscellaneous Exhaust, Transmission, Suspension Upgrades - $1000
I am essentially asking for a price that gives my labor away for free!
The car is complete, but heres what you may want to do to make it a show car:
1. Paint it - it is currently gloss black because of the gel coat, but filled rivets are showing in green fiberglass.
2. Drop it - the suspension is currently dropped close to 2" on eibach springs, but it could stand to be lower.
3. Interior - The interior is complete, but looks exactly like an 88 camaro. Its up to you if this is the look that you are going for.

**The car is currently registered in NJ, and I drive it quite frequently. The odometer is not original and shows a much higher mileage than actually exists. Actual chassis mileage is probably around 150,000 and engine milegage is closer to 11,000.
