Very rare 1930 Ford Woody Wagon Replica -Kit from Gatsby Cars Ltd.
Gloucester, Virginia. This is a 1 owner/builder car ,titled as a 1930 Ford
Woody Wagon, which makes it exempt from emissions hassles. Built on a Chevy Chevette frame modified to except a Chevy Camaro 3.1 V6 engine with a 700R4 Automatic transmission, and a Chevy S10 differential. Front disc brakes, drum rear , chrome wheels with wire baskets, body is Ash and Birch wood on sides and rear, coated with marine poly clear coat paint. Sliding side windows, rear doors that open, tilt front end, nice cayenne red and black paint, looks good with the wood and tan interior sets it off nicely and finally padded roof. Tilt front windshield , antique style moto meter hood ornament and 1930 Ford style bumpers , wood steering wheel, dolphin gauges, am/fm CD radio, and accessory plugs for cell phone chargers etc. makes a nice clean dashboard. Only 108 mi.since build.
Car is approximately 147” long, 63.5 “ wide, 94.5 “ wheelbase, 63 “ high & 5” road clearance. 16 gal. fuel tank. Body is mostly fiberglass that will never rust, engine is easy to maintain. This is a 9/10 scale car, close to originals. Great car for shows, parades or advertisement, these cars are a real head turner.
