Our frame was designed like the original with more modern suspension.
The kit parts come pre-assembled to the frame. Our kit compared to other companies will save you over 200 hours in riveting time alone. Other companies require you to fit and install the doors and hinges, ours comes pre-fitted and pre-hung. This will save you another 100+ hours.
The body is constructed in one piece. The floor, front wheel fenders and rear trunk are bonded to the body. The hood and trunk openings are metal reinforced to make the fiberglass stronger on the edges. The wheel opening has a rolling edge for high strength. The inside of the hood, doors and trunk have a smooth finish. The hinges have metal reinforcement plates so the bolts won’t strip where mounted which allows the parts to last longer.
