DriveTrain
This car was built by a degreed Mechanical Engineer (BSME) and offers the benefits of a 2.8 liter V6 GM engine with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) from Simple Digital Systems, a well known company in the industry. This EFI system was set up for this car specifically, it was not pulled off any other car and retrofit to work. Ignition is a coil pack type that is also programmable through the same control. 700r4 GM automatic OD trans, the car cruises 70mph 2800 rpm. Custom cold air intake with a K&N air filter, 4 core radiator that will let you idle in traffic all day.
Body
The body has been modified into a roadster like many of the early Healey’s. door handles have been removed, auto door releases are triggered by remote or by the button that is on the inside door panel. The side windows and convertible top have been removed and a custom 2 piece lexan windshield replaces the stock windshield to enhance the roadster look. The dash is one of a kind as it was CAD designed and CNC laser cut. The shifter consol is a custom sheet metal fabrication containing vacuum and air fuel ratio gauges. Car is equipped with a python security system with shock sensors and proximity sensors and integrated door pops. The seats have brand new upholstery in July 07 and also a pioneer deck with mp3 player and infinity speakers. 17” Falken wheels and Hankook tires, with 4 wheel disc brakes. Painted in April 2007 with Dupont paint base/clear. Tilt steering wheel and adjustable seats, Lucas PL head lights, all wiring brand new in 2005. hotrod theme with painted floor pan with and floor mats but no carpet.
Purchased in summer 2004 and completely unassembled and completed in summer 2007.
